INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumer

A consumer is any natural person who passes a legal act for purposes that do not fall within his commercial or independent professional activity.

Consumer's right of revocation

It is possible to terminate your acceptance of the sales contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To assert your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by a clear statement via our contact form. The model of withdrawal below can be used, but it is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you, before the end of the withdrawal period, to send by message that you wish to assert your right of withdrawal.

Consequences of retraction

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case, for this refund, will you be charged a fee. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods without delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods within fourteen days. In the event of possible deterioration of the product, we owe you compensation only to the extent that the deterioration occurred before opening the product, and/or as a result of a regulatory use of the product, which extends beyond its properties and functioning.

Please take into account that only uninsed products can be refunded.

If you wish to withdraw, you can return your order to us.
If your order includes free products, please return them to us also if you wish to obtain a full refund. If you keep certain products, we will only be able to give you a partial refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER TO US

To do this:

• Contact our customer service here with your order number and the list of returned products subject to the refund. Please choose the subject "I wish to cancel my order" in the contact form.

Once your package is received by our warehouse, we will review your return and our team will be able to refund your order.
